In this talk he will introduce his current research on “Kernel learning over the manifold of symmetric positive definite matrices for dimensionality reduction in a BCI applications” which addresses topology preservation in nonlinear dimensionality reduction. He will also briefly explain his other research on multimodal deep learning which is used for generation 3D motion data.
